Scoutkings stragy to being a hitman: First thing I would do when I join a server is too buy a glock and /advert for hits. The gun store owner always has problems and is a easly money maker. Once you got a hit you walk around or contract the person saying "I like to see you about a job" or something around that. Now the assassination once you found the hit you will pre aim means aim at the head but dont draw a gun then select the gun but dont draw it still disable fast weapon draw so you can pull it out when you please. Then pull it out pop them between the eyes one shot one kill. Good Hunting

Secondly - Our strategy follows as such, after we join a server, I will go mob boss or gun dealer (unless some jerkoff takes it) THEN! - albel nox and jesus666 go CP(IE corrupt police) MORE THEN! - I will obtain a sutable hideout and order the rest of the gang to obtain weapons, AFTER THEN - scoutking will lead in the generation of $$ to buy more guns and so on and so forth. After those thens are completed we conduct business depending on the situation of said server. For instance if the server has gone to hell and is full of dmers who shout metagamer every time a cop does his job, we fight for the police against the dmers in order to gain the trust and respect of the server peoples, after we win said war I will run as mayor with you as my cps. In doing this we have conquered the server and its people probly love us by now. Note - I didnt say how to run in a non gone to hell server because... Well theres no such thing.
