C, no, 3) I think that we need to see the return of the killrank system, that'll certainly inspire *me* to spend much more time on the server when it's up (which hopefully will be more frequent now)
and 4, or D) Some of my friends have been asking for a return of the class abilities thing (I can't remember the name, but it was activated with !r)
