>As of recently, other people, as well as Alice, are being targeted by a hacker/scammer. Two other people have currently lost control of their accounts, but one has since recovered. If one of your friends is acting differently, even mariginally, and sending links to a Steam group consisting of "community admins", do not hesitate to block them and warn others. DO NOT report them, as doing so will only ban your friend's hacked account. To help determine their validity, investigate their main profile description. Hacked accounts have malicious links and "Community admin" promotional messages, or in uncommon cases, are privated. NEVER click on any links that you suspect are being sent by a hacked account. Doing so will allow the hacker to take control of yours.
