Sometimes lightbulbs just don't light. "But they're lightbulbs," you might say, but you would be wrong. Lighbulbs LIGHT things, not NOT light things. Therefore, it is not a lightbulb.

Lightbulbs made over 100 years ago still work, even when running constantly.
If anything, "how they will evolve" will be a de-evolution, as to promote turnover and planned failure- in order to make customers buy new bulbs. Look up the Lightbulb Conspiracy!

LEDs are for faglords who cant pay normal energy bills. having a lightbulb is a symbol of status, not just for lighting, although lighting it does, and does great.

Hello, I was just wondering if i'm able to return a certain lightbulb. I got it today at my local Light Direct Super Store and they told me it was the UIGA69 model and how much energy it saves. So I rushed home as fast as i could to see this puppy run, and to my demise it just blew out when i flipped the switch. I am now currently in a huge depression.
