Yes we are, currently we are really looking for a spy or a sniper, but we are still open for other classes. If you look at the "Class" discussion you will see who is doing what currently.

Mumble is a voice chat program, and it is my understanding that it is how most teams communicate while playing so that everyone knows what everyone else is doing and is working together as a team.
