Fellow Spartans. We have war and more wars will come. We have to train for battles and train to siege the Poleis of our enemys. Remember our Argogaie and join the training units.

I proposed nothing that goes against the treaties between Sparta and Macedon. A non-agression pact is a treaty whereby the nations, in question, agree to avoid war.

Our nations face many treats to our survival and independance. Macedon and Illyria encroach from the north. We should not waste good men and money fighting each other. Let us sign a non-agression pact to provide the base of future diplomacy and good will between our peoples.
