A toxic player and a griefer, this guy is the absolute worst. He won't even save teammates at all and pretends to save an incap player but he just delays it.

I found this group last night i'm not a new comer to l4d games but wanted to join see if i could make few friends to play in game and maybe even help teach a few too!

i been playing this game off and on for 8 years but know i don't see myself as a pro.
I play these games for fun more than anything.
Yea i'm happy to accept everyone thats wants me as a friend but know i may or may not be able to play with ya when i'm asked so please understand i'm busy at times.
I'm saying this now so anyone who reads this will know before adding me.
I enjoy l4d1 more than l4d2 and right now i don't have l4d2 installed.

ayy, what is the up my dudes? I just found this group via just browsing the guides thing for fun. Name's Bonzi, I have a love for the characters of left 4 dead, especially the first group, Bill, Zoey, Louis, and Francis. I also love music, classic rock all they way, homie, I'm also a musician myself, guitarist and drummer. I've played left 4 dead for years on the xbox and after getting a PC, first thing I did was buy left 4 dead 1 and 2. I am a person who you can rely on and I'm pretty selfless when it comes to caring for my homies. Nice to be a part of this group, homie. Look forward to playing with y'all and giving a helping hand (I also ♥♥♥♥ around with Admin system on campaign or survival, but I don't use it on versus unless it's just with my friends)

2 Idiot kids that annoyed me on my hosted Tank Challenge server, 1 kid complains that he should be Zoey, then the other complains that i should vote Return to Lobby and he should host the server for his cringy cheats

I remember this one idiot in our team in VS. Apparently he keeps kicking players who dont follow his commands (Hitlerite at its finest) and we couldn't even stop the other team because of him (and we were infected team that time). After the opposing team was winning, he quit for no reason.

Hey, since you guys seem to keep an eye out for this sort of thing, I was wondering if any of you have seen a guy who's name is just a long string of numbers (can't recall atm, I'll post it if I see him again, it starts with a 7). He plays with a voice disguiser (or just has a really dumb voice) and kills me/people who won't kill me just cause I'm a female gamer and "not welcome here". IDK about him but I've been playing L4D since it first came up on the 360, so... yeah. Let me know if anyone else has seen him.

Finally, I dont have to just play singleplayer anymore.

Been finding the L4D community both intolerant and intolerable lately. Last few times I started an expert campaign, I've had one troublemaker that I've tried kicking only for everyone to turn around and kick me instead. How do these games create so many jerks??

Hopefully I don't get into / cause trouble for this, but I haven't seen this mentioned here yet. Theres unofficial addon campaigns available still at - http://www.gamemaps.com/l4d/campaign . Theres even new ones being made. That site also has them for L4D2

Something you all should read as well concerning trolls etc. Has usernames of a particularly abusive player. At least I believe that what happened in this thread is possibly true since I've seen it happen.

That wasn't much of an intro lol. I'm 47, male, right side is disabled (no sympathy plz, I'm perfectly happy to be alive :) ). I love to play the L4D series, as well as mmo's (TSW and TESO mainly) and RPG's (Fallouts, Skyrim etc). My reaction times are a bit slow, but I do the best I can lol.

As I said in my earlier comment- minority or not, it doesn't matter.

For the last suggestion I'd recommend to make a special topic about it. Name it "The list of toxic players" or something, make a sample on how to report those, so people could write it in the comments, and if there are enough proofs- add the "toxic" person to the list. That's my vision of how it should be.

Now, that I think of it, I might create the topic myself. Tomorrow, most likely. I have a couple of ragers I could add. If the staff is alright with that, of course.
Or is it "Wall Of Shame"? So we could post there?

I know those types as well, but as I said in an earlier comment, they are a minority of noobs. The thing is, if you have good people, you can vote to kick those noobs. Not to mention, make people aware of them to keep both advanced and noob players away from those toxic noobs.

It's not about me "feeling bad", because of the group name. But the group is not just about noobs, is it? It's also about being a nice and friendly community. By a "suitable" name I meant something like "Nice players unite! L4D Friendly community" etc. (Excuse me my imagination, just brainstorming examples)

What's not accurate is saying that the l4d community is rotten. It doesn't have to be 100% accurate: they exist, that's enough.

I don't say that the picture MUST be changed. And I understand that the owner decides what it should be like. That's why it's called "personal opinion", right?

I have a more serious approach about things like this and I do believe a suitable picture would attract more players to the community. I personally think it should relate to the group content. But then again, it's just me. I'm here not to debate.

The name of the group is for noobs and newcommers to come together with those who are experienced with the game. Just because you specifically aren't a noob, doesn't mean that there aren't noobs that are in the group. The toxic noobs are a minority in comparison to the whole. So to say noobs are toxic as well isn't 100% accurate. As far as the picture, the pic could be what ever the owner wants it to be! For instance, my group Hells Gamers Clan has a picture of D'deridex Class Starship and the clan isn't strictly about Star Trek! So other than, "The group picture should represent!" What good reason should it be changed for the better? Or elaborate what you mean by the statement noted.

(Also, I do think this group pic needs to go. xD)

Hey there. I'd suggest renaming the group to something more suitable. I am, for example, (not to brag or anything) really far from a newb, and complete expert-realism-only games on a daily basis. I'm still actually for the nice and better community. I don't think I'm the only one like this and I do suggest to change the name to a more "representing" one. Newbs can be toxic too, y'know . :)

I find it ironic that i only remembered i even joined this group because of the spammers, i dont actually play Left 4 Dead much anymore.

Thank you. The spammers got in my head and pushed me to the ground and I refuse to stay there. I can only improve from this experience and I will become a better mod than I was before.

Okay, finished up, all spam anouncements have been tossed out, and an easy identifier was left so we can track him incase he tries something again.
