Hope everyone is doing well! It's been a very long time but thank you for my first Minecraft multiplayer experience and for helping shape me into the adult I have become :)

It's ccar795, if you were to randomly start something up, just make the map a certain size and not infinite so people don't go 20,000 blocks away from each other. I've been playing with 1 community for the past 5 years and love that the main map is just a certain size to increase socialization.

Im right there with Radazex, every so often I log back into Minecraft, and as a little reminder of those times I still keep the beastnode IP at the top of my server list. I'm not the same person I used to be back then. Its so crazy, what leaves me the most baffled is thinking how I am now the age of the people I used to see on Kronos as older than me. I was 12-13 years old, I am now 18. There honestly isn't a server i've cherished more than Kronos and I honestly believe that server alone is the main source of why I feel happy thinking about Minecraft to this day. Genuinely you are the source of an important childhood memory in my life Blade so I'd also wanna thank you for that.

P.S. That sounds like fun, if I ever find a bit of free time for myself I'd love to join

Thanks for the kind words, Radazex. I have super-fond memories of everything, and honestly, my biggest regret was that I was working on a version of the server in Jan 2016, and it was truly the masterpiece version of the server. Stripped down to what made it unique and cut the fat of it, I just regret not finishing it out, as it would have been the best version of KronosCraft by a long shot. Maybe one day I'll throw up another server for the hell of it.

Funny enough, I've been on a Minecraft binge lately, and still have my own little private server. If any of you want on to just have fun or build with me, I'm totally down. It's the snapshot 19w03c update I believe. Just shoot me a message and I'll whitelist you.

Love everybody who made the server such a joy to work on. Hope to see you all again soon. :)

(2/2) I didn't write this to try to sway Blade or anyone to try to get the server back up. In fact, I'd rather it wouldn't come back. Too much has changed. Not just Minecraft, but all of us. I think it's best we let this steam group live on and let people leave as they please. But most of all, let's just fondly remember the times we spent on KronosCraft and the fun we had playing.

(1/2) Yo, just wanted to thank all who were on the server. I was a really depressed and lonely kid with one internet friend. This internet friend and I decided to get on KronosCraft one day. I think it was little under a year I spent here on KronosCraft. But I made so many friends, some of which I still talk to regularly. My life has gotten better since 2013, and I find it humbling to remember who I was, and how this server helped me to make friends. This server and the people on here was the only joy I had at the time. I would rush home everyday in 8th grade just to play with you all, and I can't thank you all enough for making the experience on this server incredible. I cannot give enough praise to Blade for managing the server so well throughout it all. All the resets, the map troubles, griefers... you kept it all under control and ensured our tight-knit community stayed safe.

No, unless I have some serious interest in Minecraft again. Though I still have all the maps we played on, saved with everyone's structures in tact. If you guys want them available, I'll do so.

Alright well, I understand. But do you happen to have any screenshots of KronosCraft? Not like the ones you see on the forums though. Speaking of the forums, I never applied to join KronosCraft. I didn't even know you had to do that back then! I managed to join during one of those temporary servers. Man, if I didn't manage to get in during the temporary servers, there would have been so many people I would've never met! But I applied to the server for fun. You should check for it lol.

I mean, I'm sure if you just gave people a link to the maps Bladey it'd be fine. I don't think anyone here would ever use the buildings and take credit for them. I know I wouldn't ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ dream of it, Kronos is sacred.

Thanks for the kind words, though the closest thing to a KronosCraft server at the moment is the server Gaburiasu posted. (seaside.mcserver.ws:25785) As far as giving the map out, I would, but there's plenty of spawn buildings and such that I don't want people to just World Edit copy and put into their server. If I did release the maps, I would have to remove a lot from them, such as server structures. Though I can always personally host the maps just for nostalgia's sake. Also, some of the files are huge, like the last map. It's 11GB. An upload that size would take days. Lol. There's always a chance of KronosCraft making a return, and believe me when I say, I've had plenty of people straight up offer me start up money and opportunities to bring it back up, but it's really all about my personal interest in doing so, as thankful as I am for the offers. With that said, just know the server isn't truly dead in any sense.

I'd love at least just a nice update post on the group. Also a bit of a side question: Blade is it possible you could give the map to someone else who is willing to put up a server and put the map up for us just to have a nostalgia trip to look around the place? Kinda like a museum but not really. Because I don't really expect Kronos to be back anytime soon or at all. Since I know you're usually really busy with school.

If only there was a place to enjoy Minecraft in again. I LITERALLY don't enjoy Minecraft anymore. That's when you know KronosCraft has something special to it that other servers don't have. I just want a server to be able to truly enjoy again. T_T

I know I've said this in the past about servers coming up, but I've got a 1.8 Bukkit server up that might be fun for people to play on if they want. It actually took off this time and we've got a nice bunch of regulars. The IP is seaside.mcserver.ws:25785 if anyone feels like playing anything!

Welp. That's a load of disappointing. :l

It's not good. At the moment all there is is a practically worthless update that allows 1.8 clients to connect to a 1.7 server. It's also supposed to add in some of the 1.8 blocks, but that didn't work for us. I don't think we did it right. It doesn't support 1.8 structures (arguably the best bit about 1.8), stuff like armour stands/leaping potion, etc. I don't see any point to it considering nothing in 1.8 works on the supposed 1.8 update.

I remember reading about Spigot possibly picking up the slack where Bukkit left off. :o

Well I mean there's always been immature little brats running around every server trash talking 24/7, but there's definitely been an increase. They've let Bukkit die and there's no plans to get anything in for 1.8. On top of that, 1.8 took 300 days to come out and it's one of the most worthless updates I've ever seen.

Minecraft's gone to ♥♥♥♥. However, my friend can't stop ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ buying servers so if anyone wanted to play anytime there may be one up soon. Not right now, but soon. Again, same sort of server as the previous one.

im all go for keeping kronos going. hell if i had to pass up 30$ to get it back up and going then 5-15$ a month i would. but the way it "looks" im not high hopes >.<

Ok it's been 2 months. i dont know if people are just say "its over and moving on or are still waiting. but im still waiting for something. is the server coming back up or no? dont get me wrong it had a good Run but to just let it die is a bit sad. But i think we should get answer!
