I was speaking to moroccoball some time ago and he said he lost his account and therefore cannot make people group officers.
I suggest somebody makes a new group and invites everyone there, perhaps not limited to RO2.

Last time I tried to start, it did not allow me to invite group members to a chat. I think steam update made you need to be a group moderator to do it. Makes starting something up more tedious.
