El juego no esta en steam, compa, lo mejor que podes hacer es poner el .exe del juego en la libreria de steam. Si estas buscando el juego en si, creo que esta en solgryn.

I'm sorry man, IWBTB is not on steam. The colsest you could do is on the top in products - add a product that's not from steam to my library - and the add the exe.
