I have made regular observations, and also discussed this in several forums or discussions. The actions taken are categorized as a form of impersonating a spinbot, and can be used as an excuse by other people for the ban given to your account.

However, I have a clue to discuss this topic, especially regarding the difference between using a spinbot and someone who does a joyful spin. Someone who uses Spinbot will be useless without supporting cheats (such as wallhack or autoaim for example), because spinbot itself is not actually a 'bug' that is too influential in CSGO. Why is spinbot useless without supporting cheats like Aimbot (autoaim) and wallhack? because basically spinbot only modifies your sensitivity, which is more or less not very useful unless you just want to have fun by doing a 360 spin during buying mode or waiting for an afk friend to reconnect in timeout mode. Meanwhile, if there is a player who manages to score a kill when they do a joyful spin, indirectly they will be suspected, but if it is just luck then that player does not score a kill using joyful spin continuously, on the contrary, if they score kills continuously then they most likely using Aimbot combined with Spinbot (where I have encountered it in casual mode).

However, in CS2, this really affects the FPS of other players (especially those who have a PC that meets or equals the minimum requirements), where if a player moves quickly, there will be a frame drop for the other player (who is in front of the person doing spinning or fast movements (such as the jump peek trick)).

Many things can affect someone's game ban, from using bugs, to grieving or other actions that are detrimental to other players. If you are banned because of your graphics card (especially AMD), you can turn off the Anti-Lag or Anti-Lag+ feature. If you are using NVDIA, turn off/reduce the use of NVDIA Reflex when playing CS2. And if the device you are using is a Lenovo, then turn off the Anti-Lag and Network Boost features on the Lenovo Vantage.

If you are banned because of your bad KDA, and you are reported by many other players because of your KDA, then I can't help much. So it's been more than a month since this case was brought up, and some of us still haven't been unbanned. CSGO was a fun game before it changed its name to 'CS2' with features that weren't too impressive but the graphics were very fresh and there were several gameplay changes that changed the game as a whole.

One of the main problems in games (not only this game) is player cheating, and yes, Valve is quite concerned about this. However, not enough action can be taken to make improvements to the anti-cheat system because cheating players will continue to try to create loopholes in the game and insert them in the form of cheats.

Meanwhile, some players who did not cheat and did silly things in the game were actually banned for either the reason they were mimicking the use of cheats, or even using several additional features of the graphics card, one of which was the anti-lag feature. One of the quite silly things that I like to do with my friends is to make quick turns during the 'buy phase' in the game, sometimes we also do it to celebrate winning. Some also do silly things like languishing in a corner (camping) until the game is over for the reason of 'saving', some flash randomly. And that's okay.

From my opinion, this game is one of the most fun games I've ever played, especially for bonding between myself and my office friends. We like to do stupid things in games (but not trolling or grieving), and play just for fun to relieve fatigue while we are at the office. However, since I and several of my friends were banned from the game for unknown reasons, my relationship with my friends felt a little strained, especially after several random people in the forum I asked for help accused me of being a cheater. Have you ever checked your PC for malicious file? or any suspicious app installed on your pc recently? If you've done checking those things, then, try to see the 'extra' app from your device such as Lenovo Vantage, NVDIA control panel or even AMD control panel (I don't know what AMD control panel named by). If you have any features such as Anti-Lag, Network boost or even game boost, then... you could get the ban because of it. Turn it off or do something to shut it down, appeal another support ticket and wait.

So far there has been no change, even since the last 1 month since I was banned. Some of my other friends have not been unbanned for more than half a year (266 days is the longest in my friend's record), I know him well, and have made sure there is no suspicious software or cheats on his device. It's possible that there are several things you need to check apart from the integrity of the CS2 files on your device, one of which is the use of a graphics card...
