So the hope is gone
Yeah, they just simply do not care at all. As long as the money keeps rolling in for them they couldn't give two hoots about people like us.

It's a sad reality :(

Hi, I am number 44 in this list, I'd just like to add that my playtime is "1,137.4 hours", I noticed it had "???" listed as my gametime was private at the time.

Given up all hope on CSGO/CS2 now, just annoying that it's plastered on our profiles...

My ban - and the road to unban.
I've lost confidence in getting unbanned, this thread is the only remnants of hope I have left... I don't even care about CS2 anymore and honestly probably wouldn't play it if I was unbanned out of paranoia that their system is still utterly broken. All I want is the stupid ban label on my profile to be removed... we're innocent and haven't done anything wrong.
I hope he mentioned this group in his legal statement haha.

Congratulations on your unban. Hopefully your case has made them atleast open their eyes to try and do something.

Okay, the email was new to me. I hope that I receive a correct, concrete answer from the email.

I've emailed them a couple times now and received nothing back unfortunately. :(

all i did was send mail, post it on twitter and support ticket of same but i didn't got any good reply regarding it, but in recent unbanned wave i also got unbanned.

But to which E-Mail did u send your request? I send an E-Mail to "steampowered.com", because I think this ticket system of steam is so shit where you only get answers from bots. But I only received the following answer:
"Thank you for contacting Valve. This email address is no longer monitored.
If you need customer service or technical support for Valve games or Steam, please go to the Valve Support Site at http://psteamhelp.yuanyoumao.com and submit a support incident.

Even if I do end up getting my false-ban removed... I don't think I'll go back to playing CSGO/CS2... I just have zero confidence in their system and don't want to risk it. Such a shame, I put in thousands of hours into the game and I loved playing it. :(

All I want is for the stupid ban message on my profile to disappear... It makes me look like some sort of criminal, I hate it.

Did you keep sending emails and support tickets or was it just automatic unban?
