Hi, just got unbanned earlier today I believe. I'm not really sure to be honest how it was resolved. I had opened a ticket with them ~10 days ago (the day I got banned), detailing some of my concerns about my unjust ban. I wasn't expecting it to lead anywhere since they explicitly say that VAC bans are not able to be lifted, but they seem to have now. Perhaps they are getting round to unbanning all those that have been banned for reasons like ours. I haven't seen any real comment from valve and it's associates about this (forgive me if I am wrong), but it seems like they are doing something about it.

I wish everyone luck with their unbanning, and hope that everyone can return to the game as it didn't happen. Best wishes
