March 15th is here, i expect valve/CS2 team to not answer

yep if you email them, this is what they do just forward your email to Steam support.... useless employees over there at Valve, along with even more useless support that they outsource.

What happened: I have now instructed a law firm to demand my unblocking, if necessary through legal proceedings. Together with this law firm, I will also discuss how I can have your accounts unlocked if my attempt is successful. The law firm costs 357€ per hour, but if I can get my account unblocked and we can also get your accounts unblocked, then these costs are worth it to me!

Very appreciative of your efforts i remember there was an austrian fellow who won a case against valve for the lootboxes in csgo recently he got reimbursed $15000 i believe as valve doesn't have a gambling license.. so its definitely possible to win against valve i believe the support system with automated messages is a similar violation
