So all in all, have you come to terms with it now or what is the current status of your problem? :D

How can you get to such a specific support employee? I only ever get bot responses...

Currently grinding my way back up to where I was. Currently at 6.5k and still dropping 25+ kills a game. Probably been reported god knows how many times. I suspect when I got banned all my wins went to losses and because I have won like the last 20 games with only 33% win rate out of 51 games. I think when I won the first game after the ban it thought the 30+ previous games from before I got banned was losses and put me in the lowest possible rank and I have been working up since there.

Concerned about the amount of reports I am getting by dropping a lot of kills every game and how it may affect my trust factor or result in a game ban again. Not sure but no one is when it comes to this AI anticheat but something is definitely wrong with my premiere MM

But again, how can you get to such a specific support employee? I only ever get bot responses.

Ah right if you go to Counter-Strike 2 > Support > Gameplay or technical issue and then other issue, you get the option to contact support. You will get through to an actual human but be prepared for the most generic response copy and pasted from list they must have. They will send a generic response like the one above and close the ticket
