I left a comment on that post and shared the information I had.
I’ve already given up, but I still can’t accept how unfairly this was handled.
M** still has access to his Steam account and has continued to purchase and play other games. He is only banned from all official, VAC-secured servers in Counter-Strike 2 and the in-game items in his inventory cannot be traded or transferred to another account.
We believe this resolves the matter, but please let us know if you have any questions.Regards,Valve Corporation
this is the response i got, now im trying to get further
https://www.reddit.com/r/cs2/comments/1ocm4m2/i_filed_official_complaints_against_valve_steam/
that basically is a support centre that help people like me to be at least read by entities like Valve and make them provide a response, lets see what happens, im still with hope :(
My name is -fill name here-, and I am the owner of the Steam account -account url here-. My account was permanently banned from CS:GO/CS2 on -fill date here-. I was told that no appeal is possible due to the nature of the ban.
I would like to make a Subject Access Request for any data held by Valve between -STEAM account creation date here- and today, (todays date here). In particular, any data that was used to determine that my account should be permanently banned without appeal. I cannot access any proof regarding the justification for the ban myself.
Please email me at -your email here-
Thank you. I am looking forward to seeing this information as I am a citizen of the EU. I look forward to hearing from you within the statutory 30 days.
