For anyone who memorized by pictures, my pfp used to be a six-sided black and white star with a purple background.

That leaked memory must have been the biggest issue. When I left the server, we were getting a full server almost daily. Full being like 60 to 80 something cause we were still a smaller to medium server at the time. It sucks for it to have had such a falling out (ironic huh?), but even though most people dont tend to remember me, it makes me happy to see that our server had such a large influence on the community. Most people I talk to that play gmod knows about our fallout factions.

The only thing we dont know is why Hotel kept doing this. because i ran community type servers with 1 or 2 other heads before. like 4 times. and they got popular enough to take off, then would just CRASH or the server would be pulled from me. He was just wasting money.

Though in the end. i took TSF and SpyShadow. and went my own way. Visto took Hellforge. then as you can see, he abandoned it. But now i got RP_Venator_vFinal up. and finally just released RP_2300_vNext. the map that Fallout Factions was SUPPOSE to get.
I am very active on steam. and wouldnt mind hanging out with some old friends. I kept in contact with Sarge, Hagan, Gadget, Murtles, SnakeVenom, Jacob, Sirias, ColRom, David4Ever, and Mark.
Jinx passed away.
i recently got back in touch with Yates. i think he was a NCR or BoS guy.

Though, today. We know everything of why there was such a throw down. We where doing well for a bit with a slightly fixed map. Hotel went behind everyones backs, and tore the community apart he himself made. He told one Head of staff something about me that wasnt true. then he told me about another head of staff that wasnt true. and most likely the 3rd guy as well (we had 3 head of staff for power equalization reasons.)
So Sean dropped out because he was tired of the drama.
Buckshot dropped out for probably the same reason.
which left me. and I run a server like a community run system. wile im the mean tie breaker guy. wile Sean was the ruler figure. and Buckshot was the rules kind of guy. it was working fine.
But the community dropped like 4 people. we had 11 people average now. And then Hotel pulled the server out cuz he saw the project as a failure, then he says "lets open a new CWRP server instead!"

Well what happen in short is that HammerForge, the center of it all, which was the politic and company side of it all, made HellForge (this) which is the gaming and community side of it all. then The Source Forge which was to be launched when our official map for Fallout Factions was launched in full. though it launched half and under baked. so we launched a server with a unique map that had its issues and problems. So bad that even the playerbase that Frisky (Youtube gamer that plays lots of gmod) did stick any players with us due to issues in the map. The state of the map had unfinished locations, bugs, and testing points on the playable section of the map. like a room with 12 Env_Cubemaps (reflective points).
Hotel implimented these for some odd reason, as a resault it overloaded the ent_data on the map and made it overfill the memory system of the engine and CDT people with like "Memory access violation." or "out of memory."

The original BOS RP server was something along the lines of Zerefs BOS RP, and I worked my way up through staffing on that server, then helped build the map for Fallout Factions. I dont remember any memeory leaks when I was there so that must of happened after I left.

Hellforge had one of the first if not the first BOS RP servers. After a falling out we staff decided to make Fallout Factions; I forgot how, but I became the original server manager for factions (Hotel being the overhead to all hellforge servers of course). After like 2 or 3 months in, I had to leave for school reasons and by the next time I was able to log into garry's mod, Hellforge had disbanded and all the servers were gone. I still have many fond memories of this group and I am sorry for having to leave. I doubt the disbandment had anything to do with me but I still feel bad for having to drop out of the Factions project. It is surprising to see several factions copy cats pop up over the years since we made the server.

I am here because some of you were my friends and I hated to see this community die so I took the liberty of being two of the best developers together for a new fallout server

The idea of the "Factions" was ours and original. though because of set backs of a broken map
that prevented people from joining it, leaking peoples memory. ect.
Then how one Head staff dropping out, the other being MIA. left only me. which made people
dislike the server, which i understand. Not everyone likes me, even though no one has ever
said why. So here we are today, iv gone my own rought and made CWFactions.
Visto, yea. the guy i hated. is now mapping for himself. Can catch him streaming every so often, Hes even selling some of his maps. theyre good maps though non-the-less. No backdoors or contract signing.
Sean tried to run his own community, but it shrivled, now is inactive in the most parts as what i see.
Buckshot... no one knows what happen to him.

we look to invest the server's being into what the community wants, in a logical sense... were not going to be adding MLP and PAC to the server. so. stuff like that. but i mean. the heads of the battalions and officers will all sit in a large room on the 3rd floor lower section (yes the 3rd floor now has a top and lower section of the map) and they will all talk about what the server wants and needs. Staff can be invited if they want to or not. but its up to the battalion leaders and officers to stay in touch. if they want to they can even strip the staff powers of the owner of the server if the community thinks said person is too abusive with them. ect. vote to have some one made a staff, vote to have someone taken out of staff, vote to have a new rule, vote to have a rule taken away. ect. the staff will work only as staff. when the server is able to run itself anyways. till then. staff call shots

So yes, were slowly polishing a starwars RP server under a diffrent community name, called " Breaking Reality Gaming ". and our moto will still stand. - By the Community, For the Community. -
The server will run like my 3rd working SWRP server (the first 2 had to shut down due to file errors with the server lol), and all power will be given to the player base (not as staff, but as in voice). there will be no dictatorship, there will be no IceFuse abusive staff. or usless staff. or handed out staff. we will run 128 players. on my custom made Venator_Final.
There will be no Chain of command for players as players or people as people. if you have a question. and you see the head admin or the owner on. dont be afraid. shoot him, to get his attention.

its been down for a bit. but things are sorta more down for polishing then anything. we got great user feedback.
the community as a whole under the HammerForge name (top parent group) is a bit on the low end.
I am one of the only active mapers, the only active coder. staff. ect. but right now. i am splitting to a new community, a SW-CWRP. im making the final venator for the server/community.
i am coding the servers utilities.
i am helping spread the word a bit.

the anti-material is black listed because its a one shot kill. no matter what. its damage in the code is some 3000 damage head shot. 1000 anywhere else. and we cannot edit the code as it is not authorized by the maker of the addon.

i can talk to hotel if you are REALLY wanting the anto-material then we can probably come up with a price. but itll souly be pay to win. so itll be somewhere near $100 for this premium custom loadout

Hey Mason! I have a serious question for you. If I were to buy a custom job. Would I be able to give them the anti material gun? If not, is there at least a way to modify the damage output through the code? Maybe lower it a bit, but still keep it more powerful than the other snipers and reintroduce it?

weve done many MANY MANY starwars RPs in the past. Fallout factions is our first take on Fallout setting RP.

Starwars RP is dead, well right now its pretty lively because people have christmas and new years money. but its been dead for a long wile. we have the fan base from Rouge One, then the christmas money. and ya. it looks like this. 163 average players across 18 servers. coming late spring itll be back down to 6 servers and 80 people across the 6 total.

Jedi academy is our idea of the game mode as well. Jinx is running that one. if its under StarwarsRP then itll see new people join.

we do. because when the time comes, when such things happen. they need to be stated. or else we get people to say. "oh but it wasnt in the rules, so i didnt know".
the rules are there for general refrence and guidelines. dont forget were a unique server and we need people to know how it is played. you dont HAVE to read the rules. but having a code of conduct is there for when people need it

the OS for playing on Gmod is any OS system. Garry updates the game to be able to run on these OSs so he can milk the game.

In Fallout Decay? Yeah rip I just found out that you need a windows 7 (im using a windows 10) so I can't even play it any more so this seemed pretty cool so I started playing this

I feel like that Junkie thats just fixin for a next hit like "Cmon man, I just wanna play some man.." Like legit I tried going on those other Fallout servers and they sorta suck in comparison. The hunger/thirst mechanic sucks when you make it impossible to get to an easy water access when one of the maps is all frozen with no vending machines.
