'My Name Is Safety', SCP can't kill you if you will look at him every time. Ok, you can upload your game save file and drop me link to download. I can download it and try look where you stuck and try pass throw this part. Save files located in 'steamapps\common\POSTAL2Complete\HNSave'.

[BA] Brucektrain (DEAF), If steam not updated your mod you need go to "POSTAL2Complete\WorkshopContent" delete folders "638285501" and "638347808". Go to mod page and resubscribe to mod files again - and steam will reupload updated mod files. Everything steps you can see in this video:
