I bought VIP for retake servers but didn't get it.

Hello, i bought VIP on this account but didn't get it yet.
How long will it take (Bought it yesterday 5-9-2016)
I also have a screenshot of the payment.

Thank you for helping me but i think it's not working yet.
Shouldn't it say *VIP in front of my name in the servers and also i can't join full servers.
