As a GSP we see game hosting comparison websites come and go. Most are biased and made by a GSP themselves to help boost sales or in other cases to get a percentage of sales/commission. Every once in a while a really good one comes along and as a GSP you hope it’s truly legitimate. This brings me to why you’re reading this right now. The site in question is called Compare Game Hosting. Recently we noticed some hits coming from this website and upon investigating we found a really nice comparison website, or least we thought we did. Digging deeper we noticed it didn’t have a lot of our features listed; when I say features I’m talking about "Host Badges". These consist of the following: (24 Hour Support), (Control Panel), (Trusted Host), (Live Chat), and (Discounts Available) as well as DDOS protection. Of course we wanted our listing to be as accurate as possible so we sent the following email with our information.

As you can imagine, we were completely appalled by the totally unprofessional and childish response we sent our reply.

I'm completely shocked and appalled by your unprofessional response to our request. As a comparative service I would think you would want the most accurate and up-to-date information available. I was simply trying to get our features and badges updated to reflect the services we actually provide. Can you please tell me why you have dismissed my request and why you wish to remove our listing? I have been nothing but courteous and respectful and would expect to be treated the same. I hope we can resolve this matter and get our listing updated as soon as possible. I look forward to your reply.

The reason why we are exposing this following communication to the gaming community is to let them know to take these reviews with a grain of salt as we believe that this is yet another biased comparison site and will soon fade just like all of the others.
P.S. We have not heard back from this site since our last email and it was over one week ago.
