I'M SO DAMNED EXCITED THAT AN ALL CAPS ANNOUNCEMENT FEELS NECESSARY!

Anyway, some of you may be aware that the new game from Frictional Games (the studio behind Amnesia: The Dark Descent) just came out. If you're one of those people who watches horror games instead of playing them, I'm happy to announce that I will be streaming it tonight at 8PM CT on YouTube Gaming.

Don't worry if you can't make it, as the full playthrough will be up on my YouTube channel afterwards. To everyone who can make it, you might wanna bring a change of pants. See ya there!

I'd like to take this time to apologize to some of my Twitch followers. It's been brought to my attention multiple times that buffering has been pretty extreme. I'm still kinda new to Twitch and haven't taken the time to learn the basics, but it turns out that my bitrate has been too high for a long time. This wouldn't be bad if I was partnered, as getting partnered allows your viewers to change the stream quality. Since this option isn't available for my viewers at the moment, pretty much everyone that doesn't have a fantastical, expensive internet connection has found the streams unwatchable.

I'm incredibly stubborn and straight up dickish sometimes, and when I've gotten requests to turn the bitrate down to make viewing possible, I've occasionally responded in mean, argumentative ways on occasion. You guys were right. Turning it down is the only option for now until I can join the Twitch Partner program. For everyone who hasn't had any problems viewing, know that the stream quality may drop slightly. This is a necessary sacrifice so I can be a little less of an ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥.

I'm going to do some experimenting over the next few streams with the bitrate and try to find something that will open up access to everyone while still allowing for at least halfway decent quality. For anyone who has had trouble watching my streams in the past, I would greatly appreciate it if you would come over and let me know how everything looks and whether anything is buffering. I want to make this right for you guys.

Starting this Wednesday and then continuing pretty much every Wednesday afterwards, I plan on regularly hosting a multiplayer server in a game of my choosing so that any interested parties can join. I will be streaming this event weekly, so if you don't want to play, you could always come watch. I look forward to hanging out with friends 'n' stuff over the coming months!
