I created a Server Discord TS, I did it for those who play America's Army PG, to create a meeting point between America's Army player, anyone who accesses this 3D can use it without any problem and will be welcome, follow the instructions below to access.
Discord is the free client that is used as TS, it was developed to be used by players to communicate while playing online with other players, has many options and is an excellent program.

Multiplayer is up. Make sure you are on the right version of the game. Redded out servers mean a version mismatch. You should be on version 1023. If you are on the test branch, it's possibile you have to opt out to the public branch. See if that helps.

@doge garbage The game is in Valve's approval process. Was meant to be out on the 7th but the process didn't get processed. Watch this space, it's on the way. also maybe check out the GB discord.

Anyone sure if the game was supposed to release on steam today? I was looking forward to picking it up and saw that the release date on steam was listed as Aug. 7th, however now that it is the seventh steam just says "Coming Soon"

Well, it depends on your time zone of course. For me in Europe it would be saturday night. I would recommend using the official Discord server if you quickly want to find some one to play with:

You can also watch some of the recent coop videos on Youtube to find out if you like what you see before you decide if you want to play. And if you want to play you probably should make sure you are on the test build, because that is what everyone plays now.

@thebladekiller: Multiplayer is coming along nicely. Last couple of weeks we had quite some small updates and there are small groups of people playing every day now, usually a bit more on saturdays. The game is still rough around the edges of course, but very stable for most people.

Anywhere from 30-130 terrorists on a map either mission mode or terrorist hunt mode. New modern guns and scopes and sights too. I asked the devs, and they say that video on Youtube was just one of them messing around with the Oculus. Eventually VR will be supported, but that build in the video is very old and they haven't worked on VR for a long time.

But they also haven't done anything to make it NOT work, so it could still be possible to set it up properly. You could always drop by on the BFS forums or the Discord server if you want someone to help you with that.

If it doesn't load up the first time you start the game:

Go to task manager, go to processors tab and end process for ground branch.

Then try again.

Anyone for a MP meet up Sat 09th Sept from 1830z ?

I'm a bit late, but the game not getting past that first loading screen is a known issue. You can still play the game if you use task manager to close the game and then restart the game again like you would normally do. It should work on your second try.

1. Epic Unicat be sure that your security allows the game which could mean allowing the permissions in your Firewall.

2. Be sure you have Win 7 64 Bit or 8 or 10 OS installed. Won't work on Vista or anything under.

3. Try running the game under "Run as administrator"

If all else fails post in the forums.
