YES so i did a bit of research and found that the goof troop trademark only applies when in reference to disney characters or memorabelia, and that should they try and pull a ♥♥♥♥ move we are protected under the fair use policy, as it is a parody AND not relating or pertaining to the disney franchise AND FINALY the trademark only holds firm in north america SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO we can use the name!
