Get rid of the deleting ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ because if people can delete then there is no point to give greyjoy razes or to play them in the first place.

If you want a more friendly environment, I sometimes host noob friendly" games so the scenario "can be introduced to new people (you don't need to be new to join them of course).
In any case I'd not take any comments about your skill levels seriously, people tend to get a bit aggresive while in game, specially when playing this scenario, as playing dirty can actually be rewarding. Take it as something rather ironic.
I have had people talking trash about me and insulting when they were betrayed.

This game really is dead. I think people are actually growing up and refusing to play with toxic people.

Sorry for your bad experience SacredFox. People are just people, i recommend to get some friends and play it. Or just a collection of nice people to help you grasp the ropes. Anyone who plays overhaul as a "competitive" game is probably missing big parts of the experience. Hope you find your match, best of luck.

No wonder this community is dead. I don't know why would anyone want to be a part of it, after what I had been through. Tried to join the hosted game, was immediately kicked because I'm a noob, despite asking to let me try. Apparently only "Pros" are allowed to play. Was let in only after I expressed my concerns about this situation on official Discord. Was given the hardest role and while I tried my best to learn it, everyone bashed on me and I was soon wiped after most players declared war on me "because I was ♥♥♥♥". Well, if that's how you greet new players, then no thank you, I don't want any of that. Keep playing with other "pros" or bots or whatever. I personally don't see ANY reason for new players to ever try this.

Hey just thought of an idea for north and south. Like the west and east corners you can buy something. Why not allow the south to buy dornish soldiers and the north either wildlings or maybe even a warg for spies. Just a thought.

Another guide update, for y'all to know. Go post your personal strats on the thread I just made and if they are good enough they will be featured and credited. You can also give it a name as long as it is nothing offensive.

Would be great if you ♥♥♥♥♥ would send one notification per lobby, But sending multiple like last night gets extremely annoying. Especially when it's the same message popping up on my ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ screen saying "NEED 1 MORE" "NEED 1 MORE" back to back because of you ♥♥♥♥♥ not being able to fill a dying scenario. ( Looking at LoCoDoN and Chancellor mainly, Love the rest of 'ya <3 )

Thanks to Bidderlyn and other creators of this map,this scenario has become one of my fav along CBA(trying new maps but these 2 are the best for now).I love how this in very much captures the essence of Game of Thrones just because at the end its not a team victory kinda map but its more of a survival of the fittest where people only play to win as the single victor.Its both peaceful also can become brutal cut throat backstabbing kinda game in a instant so you gotta decide like a chessmaster and be ahead by many steps just in case u don't get dumped hard. So far I've won as both Lannisters and Greyjoy :P. Many more victories and defeats to come xD

This scenario is called "Game of Thrones Overhaul" which means that people will take advantage of other people and rush them or team up on them, but don't play that crap where we ♥♥♥♥♥ about raging since its fair to get angry over getting teamed up on. It is a game of thrones, play at your own risk, but dont use it as a way to settle insecurities.

Momlike, there are 2 kinds of aoe diplo players

1) People who want to teach noobs so they don't be noobs

2) People who dont wanna play noobs cos noobs ruin games

If I can add my 2 cents, I did make the scenario with roleplay in mind. The idea is to capture the essence of what makes game of thrones unique (which is plotting and interacting) and make those core elements to a scenario. What im asying is, I like to believe that the natural experience of the game is a role-play experience just by simply playing it. Talking in-character is just a nice step you can add if you are more of a hardcore fan. We used to play in-character alot more before 2015 when the scenario was still fresh and everyone cared more about the stories we make rather than winning. Both are fine ways to play, and one player can play for story while another plays to win and both can still have alot of fun together.

I must say people in these games are very rude. KIcked out of my first game.Dissapointed
