@Disillusioned, What your saying is true, but I have OVH Live servers which allow stress testing, Your own Network that allows stress testing and also DSAT Graphs can be provided showing power of a Attack. (All Legal) can say the same for anyone else using it though ;)

How are you going to show proof of power? For it not to be illegal you'd have to take down one of your own domains, in that it could just be argued that you've taken the website offline through the code, or you'll have to demonstrate on an actual website, not owned by you in that being illegal action.

IObit actually uses "Pinging" with a Packet size to send what they claim is an "Attack" which again does nothing (Same as a .bat script) - It tickles people at the best

Firstly this stresser does not rely on your connection at all, and instead the power is provided by 4 Dedicated servers each on 10GByte nodes they have various DDOS Methods which use Amplification and the connections of the servers themself to send massively powerfull attacks.
