Hi everyone, I have an issue with Cyberpunk 2077.I bought it a few years ago and played it a few, then put it aside. When I wanted to play it again at the beginning of this year, the game wouldn't launch in my GFN. Do you have any tips on how to solve the problem?

Little update:
Element TD 2 dev confirmed that he got zero communication from Nvidia in the 17+ months of being opted-in and waiting to be added to GFN. As far as we know, they didn't even try to add it.
So if you're waiting for a game that is not flavor of the week, I wouldn't get my hopes up.

@Countess Corset Lebelle - yup, well aware :) I only list games on the Curation Page that Nvidia themselves have confirmed are on GeForce Now. I update every Thursday due to that being the day they add new games each week and release the list of newly added games. No games get added simply due to a cloud gaming tag

just a heads up something tagged as cloud ready does nor mean it will end up on geforce now it just mean sit has the developer tools ot be cloud platformed as there are other cloud platforms and features that need cloud tools

Checking to see what games support addons and what don't would add a lot of extra leg work for a job I do for free between my actual job I'm afraid. I recommend if you're unsure if the workshop support works well for a game you're interested in picking up that you check on the Sub Reddit :) there are loads of people on there so I'm sure you'll find someone who's tried addons with the game you're curious about

That's true for every games on GFN I think. They don't officially support mods, but some might work.

Yes, it's one of the small issues I have with Steamdb. But I've only ever come across it once. I always click on it to take me to Steam and then I scroll down to spot Timbo's curator thingy at the bottom.

Almost every game, except for one which I didn't buy because it wasn't GFN recognized yet - thanks to Timbo for helping there - I bought through SteamDB.

I made a mistake at first and used the cloud gaming tag instead of the cloud gaming Nvidia tag.

Which games did you find which aren't available on GFN? I am curious now.

Thanks so much Nads! I really appreciate it. Yeah. I use GG quite often, but it's just the lack of option to the currency that kinda irks me. But I am there daily. You should definitely make use of CG keys (they are legit, just always use PayPal). They also have an app.

And I HumbleBundle's sub is kinda cool. Depends which region you're from.

Hey @rainpal, SteamDB's filter for GFN cloud gaming includes every game that have opted-in for GFN via the steam developer portal. This means that the list predominantly includes games that are not yet on GFN to play (or may never come to GFN regardless of their opt-in). It's unfortunate that Steamdb devs have no way to differentiate playable GFN games yet due to the limits of Steam's public data set (thus my earlier question for alternatives). I'd highly recommend instead using GG.deals Timbo mentioned.

I am going to be one of those people and just pop in here - sorry Timbo! - but @nad, try steamdb. Click on features, type in "cloud" and it'll show you the GFN cloud gaming feature. Then just set your perimeters and tada.

Hi Nadsaeae :) Best option is possible GG.Deals https://gg.deals/games/geforce-now-game-list/ it shows all sales on all stores including Key Resllers in the Grey Market. Just be careful with Grey Market stores as some will try to rip you off :)

As far as I've experienced that's the case. There may be a fringe case where that isn't true, but if so I've yet to find it :) So you should be safe to buy any DLC you've got your eye on!

Quick, random question... If a game runs on GFN and ALSO contains DLCs... Are the DLCs also then automatically included should one decide to purchase them?

Hey Rainpal, it isn't on Geforce Now currently. I could be wrong but I believe SteamDB only shows if they are tagged with the GFN submission "thingy", meaning it's been submitted to Nvidia for review to be added to GFN but doesn't mean it's on the service right now. I only list games in the curation page when they get added to avoid someone buying a game only to find out Nvidia never approved it and it won't be coming to GFN :) Hopefully this'll be added soon though!

Syncing never worked for me on GFN, it's always missing games.

I think the Sync thing has been a bit unwell recently. I've had the same issue, whenever a resync it fills my recently played with a bunch of titles I've never launched on GFN, not even newly added titles. I'm hoping they'll fix it soon!

This might sound like a completely idiotic question, but I'm rather new to GFN.

Why isn't there a "recently played" filter? Each time I resync, it does back to the default "200 games" in library list.

Yeah I think it's taking them some time to list. According to their own blog it should be up soon (should have been up on Thursday but these delays in getting things on boarded are not uncommon sadly)

@FoxxyIsCoxxy Hey there, I'd only be guessing but sometimes they run into issues with games not playing nice with their platform and have to take some extra time to get them running properly before releasing them. This could be the cause, I notice the games got a mostly negative score on Steam so I'm assuming it may be a bit buggy and that could be an issue. Hopefully they'll get it listed soon but it could be worth contacting Nvidia support about it :)
