New Experimental Server!

I know a lot of you have moved from legacy to experimental, and knowing that i'm happy to announce that the best gaming community (Bastage) now got their own Rust server!

It started up yesterday, and we're still figuring out what plugins to use etc, but what we got now is as following:

Issues with the server now fixed!

We've experienced some issues the last couple of days which made it impossible for anyone to join the server. The issue is now fixed by the host and the server is wiped ready for everyone to re-join and have some fun!

Server wipe and a new 'Friend' plugin!

We've just wiped the server, and installed a new "Friend" plugin, which allows you to "disable" friendly fire.

Simply do /addfriend "name" and you wont be able to kill him. Do /unfriend "name" to remove someone :)

Denial of Service Attack‏

The server is currently down because of severe Denial of Service Attack.
The provider had to temporarily disable the server as they wasn't able to filter the attack, and the attack were affecting other servers.

The suspension will last for 24 - 48 hours, is what the host told me, hopefully it will be back tomorrow.

I've been in contact with the server provider regarding the server crashes which we've been experiencing lately. We did think it was ddos attacks at first , but apparently there has been network difficulties on the machine the server is hosted from.

This is now resolved and the server should be stable.

Sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused.

Family Shared Accounts.

If you're using a family shared account and can't connect to the server, then that's simply because we're trying out a plugin which blocks them.

This is due to the amount of hackers that simply creates new accounts to get back onto the server and continuing to take the piss.

If you're using a family shared account for a valid reason, then simply post your reason in the link below, why you are using a such account, so we can add you to the white-list, so you can continue to play on our server!

Server Wipe!

It's time to clean the server again! We've been running Oxide 2 for a week now, and it's running a lot smoother then the old version! Even tho plugins like groups isn't created for it yet, it's much better to run this version!

Because the server is less laggy, we've increased the build limit to 9x9x10!

The server has been down a lot lately due to ddos attacks.

This is now fixed, and the server has been wiped.

Server wipe and server update!

We've decided to start running a server wipe every week due to the render lag that occurs due to the amount of massive bases around. The server will only be fully wiped every 2 weeks, so you wont have to research everything everytime. So this time it was only a half wipe.

The update is new resource fields around the wasteland, this is something i will work further on to make it even better! More info about where the new fields are is in the main text, where you can find a link with a blip on whereabouts they are.
