NICE Strelok :) i've had troubles with the razer Hp-1s and AC-1, i am on my second set now (HP-1), when they work they ROCK! (without equal for 3D spaciation) I can hear a mouse fart @ 300mtrs and tell you what it had for lunch, but ive had a few too many problems with drivers and losing chanels, but i'm curious to hear some real world opinions about the Razer Megaladons usb HPs. My HP-1s (the 2nd set, the 1st lost a screw from the left cup) still have no rear left/side at all. Re the keyboard I rkn the omega ultima is the way to go, not 'cause of the funky key screens which are awsome in themselves, but 'cause of the oldskool mechanical switches, i've got a Razer tarantulla, the dome switches on my WASD keys are wearing out. I am told that the oldskool IBM mechanical switch keyboards last for much longer and have a better feel. Id love any real worl knowledge on this as my memories of the 80s are a bit hazy :P

It's a raffle Slicer lol $100,000 minus $33k for the govenment minus $25k for the PC leaves $42k profit to make the next raffle (bigger and better depending on state gaming laws) and pay me. Im not sure if the raffle will ever even be a reality but there's no way im doing it for free.
Bastila Shan 2009 年 10 月 4 日 下午 11:02

Let me be clear here. 44 members wont do it! I am looking at 1000 people willing to spend $100 each, I don't want any more than 1000 tickets sold in order to keep the odds low. This is early days, I don't even know if this raffle with ever get of the ground. All I know is that if I can make this work, if I can offer the kind of PC rig that I 've fantasized about for a very very long time, then maybe there are people out there that would want the same thing. But even if I never make this raffle a reality It will at the very least increase our knowledge of what makes a cutting edge PC "cutting edge" because I am getting a little fed up with things like "multi-rail power supplies" and other such ideas being pushed by advertising executives that have no basis in good solid engineering concepts but prey on ignorance. I do have faith that if we can share ideas and each others knowledge that at the very lest we can increase each othe
