So you are using only one mod?
On this map i dont use anything, unless bies count.
i use the extended caravan mod, and my donkeys are set to imortal.
Now and then i`v seen a 6 legged donkey, the villager on the donky has their feet on the ground aswell, and running "inside"/along.
3. Are you using any mods that speed up things like more productive fields or orchards?
1. I will check those sick donkeys ^^
Did things in the game change recently?
Some new things i`v noticed:
1 Now i have sick animals att the caravan places.
Moving the donkeys to the Stables, and then killing them helped.
Donkeys wernt sick earlier when i`v played
2 The mod Armed and dangerous
It seems it isnt working.
Animals are being killed in attacks, wile the animal herders are close by, and ignoring it.
3 Keep research.
it seems that the research is coming and going.
Some harvests are way less then the year before, like 30K different.
4 Starting a new map
on my latest island, one winter i had 6 villagers left, next winter the same villagers.
When checking who they where, they were all male, so no new toddlers.
i sorted it. But when this happen the game is bound to fail.
i`v have played the game for 500 hours now.
Thanks for all the great mods.
Regarding the earlier issue with the query, it was what is called a map hole, a few tiles that makes the game crash if you build or do something there.
The few last days i`v noticed a issue though, when a stonequery is empty, the game crashes when i try and remove it.
There was a villager named Error, sadly he died of old age.. it was a screenshot moment :D

Student 3d artist here - I have a couple of ideas for new buildings, like a dedicated farm-house that'll sit between the Shack and small house (but look more like the shack).
"and sheep need to stop filling up my warehouse with wool! " = Have smaller Sheep Farms thruout MAP. >Wool is excelant for trading at Market
"Also, chickens eat way too much." = Chickens supply two meat each and 1 egg: One Hunter requires much more then just outs ;)
I" have 40+ hunters but with popultion of 60+ I am running out of hides fast. I've just built a donkey farm but this was a case of clutching at straws in the hope THEY might proiduce hides!"
Consider Tradeing for HIdes at Market: I trade Excess Wool and extra Tools for Hides
Ich kann leider nicht modden, aber testen ich habe schon ein großes dorf (650 people) wo man einiges auspropieren kann.
ich wollte euch fragen ob es möglich ist lagerhäuser und Schaunen einen neuen tab / fesnster zu machen wo an einstellen kann was ind das lager / scheune eingelagert werden darf und ob es dann auch möglich ist wie viel max. eingelagernt werden darf, für jedes lager extra.

I wanted to ask you if it is possible to make warehouses and barn a new tab /windowr where can adjust what shoud be storred in the warehouse / barn ., and how many.

I'm trying to make some things and don't know how to find the functions I need in the current game version.
Basically I need a lot of the things that was formerly in life/human/Peasant_Update.lua
The greatest part of that file is now 'greyed out' with --[[ ... ]] and if I try to do something with the old functions, it doesn't have any effect.
Specifically I am looking for whatever ist is that is now being used instead of these functions:
function Peasant:visitSchoolEfforts
function Peasant:lightHealingEfforts
function Peasant:dressingEfforts
function Peasant:drunkennessEfforts
Can anyone help?
PS: I have seen other mods that rebalance the animals but have not used them so am unable to comment on them. Check the comments for further information.

Cows need to produce hides and sheep need to stop filling up my warehouse with wool! Silly over production. Also, chickens eat way too much. The consumption of oats of small vs large crittters needs to be rationalised,

ch schaffe es einfach nicht diese datei zu bekommen.
Kann die BITTE nicht mal Jemand so reinstellen, z.B. bei den Mods, so das ich sie nur noch in den entsprechenden Ordner kopieren muss. Bin am Verzweifeln.
