Hello FlashPoint Academy!

As you all know I am TraVon aka BowVon, I am in charge of the CSGO Division of FlashPoint Esports. I will be here to guide, mentor and help you grow as you transition from an UNKNOWN to KNOWN Team. I am happy to have both of you join me in this Breakthrough Journey of Development and Growth.

I will manage both teams and will try my best to make sure you guys have separate tournaments but from this point forward we will have two teams but both teams will be their own team, you wont be competing against each other to be the top dog, both of you are here to get better, develop and to become a better team. You don't have to scrim, talk to, or like each other but all i ask is that you are respectful to each other. You are representing something bigger than yourself.

As both teams know, we have had a little tension and bad blood between the two teams. I take blame for my part in this for not fully communicating what was going on and how to go about it. You guys need to take responsibility for your actions as while, I'm not going to say names because you know who you are. If you have any problems come to me first, then if I can't handle it, I'll take it to Bovey.
