Must Mass Invite every shoul who lies beyond its reach! Kaiser Otto I, by law of god, and force of Pope hear by, condemns and resecutes those who, not by imperial or cultural order does not mass invite! Every should out side of the reach of our holy empire of Germans, Franks and/or other minor unimportant races that arnt German in this empire. All Swiss, Austrain, and Dutch are Free by law German citizens.
