Hello everybody.
I just got false perma banned. I visited Gta Online yesterday and found a cracked server where I got infinite money and some items from a random dude, I left soon after. I looked at my GTA online character that day and found out that every single penny came from gambling and soo on and soo far. I bought 4 cars and a appartment because I was bored after the 30 month ban because the same reason as I talked before. I have no idea how the AI messed up soo badly, but now I have to play Red Dead Redemption online. You all know how it is in there. I could use some help and guidence on how to appeal (I know I can not appeal it because the noreply@rockstargames.com said soo) and how do I prevent on going into those servers again.
I have no idea what happened.

Hi guys, just got false banned for 30 days. Never used hack or get money from hackers. The only glitch used, if it's actually glitch, is cayo warehouse gold solo glitch which everyone is using. Anything I can do?

I'm still banned 4 years later. Don't buy Rockstar games, "sail the seven seas" instead (if you catch my drift).

Gta 5 Has the worst admins in any game i have played, My advice would be just to not buy it or support it, it's profit driven after all.

and tell me, why isn't there a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ option to go to a modders session or to tell rockstar that you wan't to be someone patroling GTAO lobbies with a mod menu and making someones game crash and get banned? if i could be some kinda moderator for the lobbies and i would be hired, i would do it even with minimal pay.

i played GTAV since its first year of it being released and i grinded my ass off on pc, till i switched to pc, i was addicted to this game. I was banned for using mods, but it wasn't with evil intent, it was rather to help people that are being attacked by tryhards or to defend myself from other modders or toxic players. I did hack money and level, but this was purley for testing new content. i wasn't interested into grinding my ass off and then i had to grind harder and more for new overpriced DLC's. I was banned on January 2018 and then on Febuary i was banned the same day i was unbanned, and i really flipped ♥♥♥♥ after an hour break. I was roleplaying as a cop and my friend was too agressive and every 5 yr old reports me again 30 times.

yep same 1st account ban after 1000hrs and now a brand new account everything after 9hrs ban just got to level 16 apartment elergy and mc clubhouse 300k from a coke biz i was also using ds4 for ps4 remote during the whole 1000 hours and 9 hrs of second account has anyone tried not using ds4 after their ban and not been banned again ? also im using trend and geforce ?

Played for a few with my friend and went to work. Came back and logged on, banned.
Ban was issued while I was at work and not logged in, never modded in my life, Support said it was a legit ban and nothing can be done about it. Just gotta wait I guess, totally unfair.

Only just started my "career". Took me ages to grind out "that first million". Finally got to buy a clubhouse and a weed farm. Never had money dumped on me, never "teleported" around but, thanks! If I lose my online progress I'll probably dump the game. I certainly wont put another 200+ hours of grinding into this to start over from scratch for no reason. I value my time to much for wasting hundreds of hours on "nothing".

I wanted to do 1-2 heist with a friend, he was busy, i was getting bored then i decided to attend flying school at the airport
i did first round on silver so i did with second round
i went back to first round to try in taking gold, i fly into the firsat checkpoint and guss what ?
I got banned

Got falsely banned from GTA Online, I was a victim of modded abuse. Rockstar said I was cheating

I was just banned despite not having played in a long time. I have never used a mod, hacks, or anything other than the base game. No clue why I was literally randomly banned. I have tried to open a ticket on their website and it was immediately closed. I have tried calling Take Two interactive and so far I havent been able to get transfered to anyone who can help.

Also I'd like to point out that the same is starting to happen to Bethesda as well. They've been getting a bad rep latelly because of their milking of Skyrim, but all the bad decisions are coming from Bethesda SOFTWORKS, the publisher, not Bethesda GAME STUDIOS. In short, the publisher companies usually have more political power than the developers, and all the money centered decisions usually come from them.

It's been brought to my atention that this problem might not be R*'s fault, but intead, it could be the fault of their publisher, Take-Two. After watching this video I think it could be true.

1 more: It was ban wave from R*. Then it was tickets wave from players. It is best our weapon. No 1, 10, 100 or 1000 tickets. Look at steam/gta statistics (http://psteamproxy.yuanyoumao.com/stats/?l=polish) . There are 50k-100k players online.
100k tickets must block every system/server. It is like.. massive blocking attack.

In my opinion it was Rock*'s script. It is impossible to ban so many players at once manually.

Kizzblizz15 I'd advise against legal action. Even if this entire group of 754 members chipped in, we'd never afford a lawyer willing to take on rockstar, it'd be a losing battle as it would basically amount to "Our terms and conditions say we can suspend you for ANY REASON" which sadly seems to include, for ♥♥♥♥♥ and giggles. So best we can do is just say ♥♥♥♥ you rockstar, stop buying their games and hope their reputation goes down the drain more than konami's

I just sent my 3rd ticket after being banned september 2016 with proof that I bought shark cards near the ban date so maybe they will reconsider banning me. should I take legal action if they do not comply?

I'd get just cause 3 while it's 75% off, it has a multiplayer mod that while it's in it's 0.9.9 beta atm, they do plan for 1.0 to be a steam release, you gotta show cockstar that we will vote with our wallets.

You got my signature. Companies like this need to be held accountable. If this wasn't software related and they were refusing service to paying customers with some sort of misused or misaimed "gotcha", they'd have a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ on their hands at this scale. But due to the nature of software, EULA's, and cheaters, they can get away with it without drawing too much attention. It would take a large lawsuit, with multiple proofs that no cheating was going on, to force them into more honest business practices. Or it would take large scale viral exposing in order to get enough attention to hurt their sales. But the latter is a bit optimistic, maybe even unrealistic. Gamers that are unaffected directly will continue playing and/or feeding them money anyway.

Looks like Cockstar added something like mod detector for online. Of course it also blocks access to some non-modding players (which would get falsebanned without it), but it's still nice

There won't be enough money to make a class-action lawsuit against them, no matter how many people we get to join in. They're expensive, take time, limit your freedom of action (ie no more steam group chats about the game/company until it's settled), and the chances of losing against R* are quite high. Why? Because they have deep pockets; they can afford a large team of lawyers, whilst us, even with crowdfunding IF that becomes a thing, wouldn't even be able to afford one. And if we were, I doubt any lawyer would want to go to court and lose a case against a big company.
