On the website it states I can trade Wings of Retribution, among other items, for a key, but it doesn't seem there is any option for this through the bot. Have I missed something?

The bot will accept you automatically under 20 seconds , If you want to add the administrator he will ignore you , If you have questions ask them here! And for the items that aren't valid we will create a discussion to tell us what was the names of the items!

How long does it take for the administrator to accept your request?

The bots are really bad at recognising the type of items even after copy-pasting their names!

be sure the item you request is a common (As you might guess) But the best way to request a common is to copy and paste the common name in it straight away from the inventory (Cause dashes , and other stuff are important too) for example if you want spinal slicer-offhand its actually Spinal Slicer - Off-Hand And that dashes are important so make sure you copy paste the name!
