Each pair of values are the precise coordinates of the different steps of the path you have setup. When you edit your file, you can leave that section empty and let the game place it in a default position in the province you put in the path section. You can later upgrade it via "nudge".

Hey guys, I'm new in modding europa Universalis IV, and I have a question about modding the trade system. I wanted to create some of my own connections between trade nodes you see. And all was going well untill is encounterd the "control=" part in the script. Its folowd by a code like this: "1313.000000"I have no clue for what it stands. Can anyone of you guys help me out here? :p
