We now officially declare the Island nation of Sardinia-Piedmont to hence forth be under the protection of the Empire. This will allow us to openly trade with the European Power, without being forced to undergo Ottoman Trade Taxes and sailing around the tip of Africa.

Annexation

By order of the Emperors,

We are offically annexing the former Eurasian Territories (Turkmenistan, Tajikstan, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, and Kyrgyzstan) When the United Asian Republics gave up its land to become a United Nations like organization for Asia, they welcomed us to take the land for our benefit. For obvious reasons, they are not in Arabia, so we will be formerly and peacefully annexing them. The people inhabiting these areas will automatically become citizens as it states under our Constitution. With these reigons, we will be able to gain valuable resources, trade routes, and other sources of income. We will be able to expand our influence. We will be a richer more powerful nation.

Constitution of The Empire of Untied Arabic States:

+Installed within these lines are the tools of an Empire to the benefit of it's peoples+

-All Persons that are under the protection of the Citizens Act are expected to pay their dues in Taxes annually.
-Any and all persons that are under the protection of the Citizens Act are entitled to the rights of Freedom of Religion, Freedom of the Press, Freedom of Speech, Freedom of Personal Orientation, and the Freedom of Equality by their creator.
- The Persons of Citizenship of the Empire of Untied Arabic States are, either by birth or by immigration, automatically granted the rights to vote in an established election, circulate currency legally, the right to demand habeas corpus, the right to be tried and judged by a jury of their peers, the right to request either military or political reform, and the right to come and go from their homeland at will, unless prevented by law to do so.
- Each person that was either born in the Empire of United Arabic States or in a annexed land of the Empire is granted citizenship from birth, regardless of the ethnicity or nationality of their parents.
- Any discrimination towards or against a race or ethnic group will result in immediate arrest and depending on the severity of the offender’s act of discrimination, may be punished in a variety of ways, varying from a harsh fine to execution.
- Assisting of, associating with, or harboring of any known enemy of the state will lead to an offender’s arrest and may very well result in execution by hanging.
- In a time of war, if the Council of Sultans is convened for such a reason, martial law may be put into effect either by demand of the Council of Sultans or by the Emperors.
- Only the Emperors may declare the annexation of a territory or region.
