The GMs have created an official Discord server yesterday! :)

Elsword NA Official Stream
APRIL FO-... ....nah this is not a joke, lol. They seriously made this announcement during the GM sneakpeak livestream last night, so you guys should join too! We have a new GM who joined the team as well: GM Rush! He'll be in charge of managing the Discord and hearing our suggestions and opinions on the game. Unfortunately, Twitch will be taking away their DM/Whisper feature, so this is the next best thing for giveaways! They currently have over 900+ members and it's currently being discussed upon if it should stay as the official discord or remain a discord for only livestreams! The Elsword Revival Association server is an Elsword dedicated Discord server, made for players to easily connect to one another. Whether you're looking for people to party up with for dungeons, have long discussions about in-game systems or lore, being meme-y, or just having a friendly conversation with others, ERA is just the place for all of it. The management of the server is welcoming every kind of player to join and just have some fun.

We currently have over 400 members in our Discord server and we have a Steam group with over 500 members! Once we become stronger as a community and gain influence + popularity in the NA Els community, we will all advocate for new changes to the game from petitions to discussions with the GMs of Els!

And apparently, It's just me. I see others still with their mounts. My friend also still has his fire dragon mount , so I am sure it's not a bug..

Um... I bought a mount. I had it for a few days, It's the dark hameling. I pressed F in velder village and it didn't come up. I checked my mount slots and it was empty. I spent 24 dollars on the mount. Can I get a refund of some sort or can someone help me out with this?
