I think war-mart could sell them. I have not been to war-mart game section in ages. Thought I think your best bet would be a game stop. No DLC is not free. You have to own it dlc pack to play it. FF14 so far is the only game out side of wow that has been able to stay a float. While using the WoW pay system.

Do people want me to bring back Blood & Gold Caribbean!? Do you want me to bring it back before the free DLC patch? Do you want me to only do a one shot of the DLC pack? Do you want me to wait for the DLC pack before bring back the game.
