We all know a game like Warhammer 40,000 Dawn Of War: Soulstorm. So, this game gets a second wind thanks to a new server from a devoted fan of the game. The beta tests were successfully completed, all identified deficiencies were fixed, and on December 21, an updated and improved version of the ThunderHawk server will work, which will run statistics and automatic, as well as no Steam version bugs. The ease of use and the great functionality of ThunderHawk leave all the other platforms far behind. Added built-in game chat directly in the launcher between game clients. You can play through the pirated version of the game and through Steam together. Let's support this endeavor and spread this great news!

I know some basic Ork on GOTY, but for the other 3 I have no experience. As for Chaos, I'm average but I can help you with them if you want, but due to university I hardly ever play DoW anymore so you won't find me online so often. Or you can search of a guy called <===CHAOS===> on steam, he's main Chaos and can help you a lot more with them than I can.

Thanks for the invite but I won't be much for online play. I only have Soulstorm downloaded because it's the one I really only play now and I have Ultimate Apocalypse: THB installed on it w/ the Legio Titanicus addon for the mod installed. I doubt most people would play w/ me.

@teuc, I'm far from a pro player. But if you want to get better start with a guide, learn the fundamentals, then watch replays of good players, watch your own games to improve upon mistakes too, observe good games vs good players in 1v1 etc, it's quite simple but yet it takes a very long time to become good.

@[F.S.C] I'm horrible with Tau, that's why I want to learn them. I like their ranged style more than melee styles because it's hard to be countered with mobility.

(I play Dark Crusade)
im a pretty good player with Tau in multiplayer. Tau in general to me work better for team play than they do just 1v1.

I'm also trying to get better with Tau, they're my favourite race in terms of philosophy (where humans hate any xeno, and Eldar at the end of the day only care for themselves), but at the same time it's the race I'm the least skilled with. I've found 2 guides for Tau on steam, one for Dark Crusade and one for Soulstorm, that I will start reading soon. But with 280 hours main Tau I doubt you have anything new to learn from those guides. I don't even have 280 hours in all 4 DoW1 games, lol.

Does anyone here play Tau, and if so, can you gave me some tips. I main the Tau Empire, and I would like to know how I can get better. I have ~280 hours in the game, most of which have been spent playing Tau. About three of those hours were spent play the Space Marines, just because I was new.

we will be playing a huge Dark Crusade tornament soon, events will be put up soon on Red Thirst steam group just organising times ;)
These will be best out of 3, 1v1 matches. if its a tie, a decider match will take place, this will be a sudden death match, lose a point and lose the game.
