Relapse, Gomer, and some folks have been hosting some low grav insta tournaments and game nights and I thought I would post something about them here in case someone who checks this might want to join.

Every Tuesday night around 8:30pm-10:30pm we hop on and play LGI CTF with the settings our clan used when we played. It's nothing serious just a bunch of people playing to have fun. We're all usually in voice together on the LGI discord server. Message me on here or on discord (jurassicfire) if you want the link to the discord server. I'd post the discord link here but I can only create a link that'll last 7 days.

Like I said they also host a tournament every few months. The team I'm on won the last 3v3 tournament and a 4v4 tournament is coming soon if anyone wants to join. Knuppel played in the last tournament.

I hope everyone is doing well. Brim, the Bengals suck and you still owe me a 1v1 on Grendelkeep.

OK, with the SDK out the first OFFICIAL CUSTOM MAP has been added to my server!

To get it working, simply download the file from http://www.l4dmods.com/index.php?option=com_joomloads&view=package&Itemid=2&packageId=156

Extract the VPK file and double-click the VPK and it should install it to ur l4d addons folder. THAT'S IT! Simple! Now you can start a lobby with the new addon which should be available and if u use the sv_searchk_ey "iamdie" you will connect to my server and the map should play fine!

Just added a few new maps to the server. However, it is not easy or straightforward to play those maps. First there is no redirect on the server (even if there was, not sure if it works easily without lot of tweaking). Second, there are a few files you need to change in your install (don't worry changing these will not affect gameplay on other servers).

Here is what you need to do if you want to try out the two new campaigns I added. Get the following two files:
1) http://www.fileplanet.com/201465/200000/fileinfo/Some-Maps-for-L4D-(Beta)

The second is a very small file, I just missed a couple files in the first package that I needed to add. There is a readme in the first file (~325MB). Read it and follow the instructions, and if u have any questions, just msg me. Hopefully, valve makes it easier to add maps in the future. Till then, we need to deal with this process. Also these maps are beta versions but they are decent.

Her first game of versus and she scores 4000 !! We lose by less than 100 pts to a team of experienced players! Yay! Goes to show that you never mess with a lady with a fast trigger finger, esp. one who is just a tag scared of zombies. ;)
