The guy with all the impersonation accounts is Rookie. He is a massive internet troll with alot of steam accounts that he buys sells and boosts. I know this because alot of impersonation accounts sided with Rookie when I first blew the whistle on his cheating, literally no one else did this and as soon as the video come out everyone was 100% sure of the cheating rookie did.
