Tournament Confirmation Form Dec. 30th

This is the end of the year tournament, the day before new years. I know many people are not expecting this and I'm sorry for the short time and the time I missed but I'm here and the show must go on, thus I am hosting this tourney 2x at 2 different times to get the most people.
This tourney has no player cap, no level cap, EVERYONE is welcome. Just don't use any meta, lets have some merry fun.
