I had a request for team 7 to play on Sunday I'm just trying to sort out the rest of the matches as I hoped to play 7 over teh weekend which would mean everyone plays twice unfortunatly as we have a odd number of teams one team has to play twice in one day but not the day before

we are going to be playing the matches saturday and sunday depending on which teams turn up on which days I was hoping to start teh matches at 8pm sunday GMT but if people think there is a better time to start feel free to message me. also could all team captains friend their teammates so they know who is on their teams

could captains talk to their teams and give me times that they can play this weekend then I'll match them up with another team who can play at the same time.

If you aren't going to be around please put something against your name to let me know so I can put someone else in for you also there are still 4 spaces left in teams and lots of sub positions I'm now opening it up as a first come first served bases so if you come on to the spreadsheet fill out your details you can also add yourself to a team take your pick they are all quite even at the moment.

not at the moment but if people are around we can start practicing with some of the teams or do another round robin, I was going to make the round robins a bi weekly thing but still trying to find a better way to organise teams

added a bit about time zones and roles to the spread sheet leave the roles empty unless you have a definate preference I can't promise that I'll take them into to much consideration when making teams

I'm promoting captains to the rank of officer in the group so they are esier to find but we still need a couple more captains as we only have 3 so far or 4 including me

@Thinkforgettfull: both teams have a captain who gets to choose what heroes his teammates play. The hero selecting phase is a metagame by itself: the captains have to pick heroes but also ban some others and all of this is turn based. Obviously you can write in chat what heroes you want your captain to pick for you. If you want a visual demonstration of how it works just download a replay match from the International East or West qualifiers.

Can someone explain what "captains mode" is? I've only ever played all pick.

Hi HellRex yup the captains method is most likely we have a couple of people getting close to 500 hours and 300 games who have agreed to be captains for the round robin this weekend

me and my girl are really looking forward to it thanks for the key for her columbus i just got some keys so if u run out i can give you 1 back im maybe 50 games in so im a true beginner im hoping maybe a mix and match system would be set up maybe a vet captin for each team that can break down group make up and strats and game plan i think that really could help even if they play on the team or not a vet mentor so to speak for any team that needs.

I've added an event for this weekend go have a look it's a round robin practice with unfixed teams so if you can only be there for one or two games we can shuffle people in and out of teams :D

Hi XinZ feel free to join I've got almost 300 games as well and theres no way I'm going to sit out even though I'm organising it :D it's the beginners league because all skill levels should get involved and we have a couple of complete beginners if your prepared to do some mentoring then it would be useful to have you as a team captain

Can players like me who played 300++ games join the league ? I was hoping to have a regional beginner competition/league once in a year or once in awhile coz it can be fun ! Just curious what the limitations would be though.

Well, I'm not quite sure if I still count for this stuff, but when will groups be organised for teams, I have a long weekend coming up, and I also know some dudes that might be intrested in randomised games, but if possible could we split up into regions for maximum awesome?
