How this works:
When you donate, You will be given a number in a database (entry in the draw) for each $5 donated.
In the paypal notes section, list games wanted from 1 to 3 in the following format:
1. a game valued up to $40, 2. game up to $30, 3. game up to $20. For example:
1. Team Fortress 2, 2. Dayz, 3. Rust
So, if you donate 20 bucks, you will get 4 entries in the draw, We round down, not up, so $24 donated, will still only earn you 4 entries.
These numbers are auto assigned.
When the time period is over, 3 random numbers will be drawn from random.org
The number will be matched to your number you got when donating.
In order of numbers drawn, you'll win the game you chose! So if one of your numbers is the first drawn, you will receive the game you indexed as 1, second drawn will get game indexed as 2, etc.
If you are banned or kicked for hacking, you will be removed from the draw. Additionally, all donations are non-refundable.
To donate, click the "sign in through steam" button and sign into your steam account. The button will then be replaced with one that will allow you to donate. There is no limit to how many entries you can have in the draw
We expect the draw to be done on 22nd of Feb at 8pm Aus time (UTC +10 - Melbourne/Sydney), and good luck to everyone!

Server update AGAIN

Apparently the devs weren't happy with how badly they broke the map in the last update and have released another to fix it. Map has been wiped due to this, and was unavoidable. Player files are still intact however and we again apologise for any incovenience this may have cause

Rust has been updated and we assume this was to fix the severe lag issues present with the previous release. Server is now updated and online and, we hope, running smoothly

Continuing Issue with the host

Message from Streamline (Server Provider)
We are aware of the issue and can confirm it is happening to all Rust server hosts.
Each server is using upwards of 50% of the entire CPU.
I can also confirm that the issue is being worked on by the playrust development team and should hopefully be fixed soon.

So what are we able to do from here?
We will be setting up a automated restart system for Rust servers (every 3 hours) as this seems to help reduce the issues).

We apologize for this inconvenience, but we are afraid it is out of our control right now.

Server Online and Operational (Wiped)

Server is back online and full functional as far as we can see, unfortunately the issues with the host extended to the server files, meaning several player files were corrupted making it impossible for them to join the server. The only way to resolve this was to do another reset (wipe) of the server as player files are not indexed in a meaningful way. We apologies for this unfortunate series of events that has resulted in the loss of progress made yesterday but the server is now playable and we will only wipe again when necessary (i.e. an update forces it).

Server is back online and accessable, we apologise for the short downtime. Please be aware that there may still be issues present with the host and at the last check (3:30 UTC +10) there was severe lag. This issue is out of our control unfortunately but hopefully the issue will be soon.

Due to issues with the server host, the server is currently inaccessable. We are hoping that this issue will be resolved quickly and everyone can return to their rock fights.

Update - Server Wipe

Rust has updated, as part of the update the map was changed and this wiped out all the buildings. A full server wipe has just been done to ensure that the server starts off on a level field. We would like to remind players that when updates like this happen that leave some people at a severe disadvantage and others with a massive advantage, we will wipe the server

Server Online (Map + Players wiped)

Server is back online after a few technical difficulties with the update which resulted in the unfortunate wipe of the server. Player and map data backups will be done regularly from now on with the hope of avoiding this problem in the future (if this feature works as expected)
