The Council of Nations (CoN) is an international organization whose stated aims are facilitating cooperation in international law, international security, economic development, social progress, human rights, and achievement of world peace. The top leaders of all nations may become admins and are allowed to announce anything they wish so long as it is relevent to international affairs.

You see, you made four fatal mistakes which clearly show you just made up that chat:

1. My name was never "Andrew I., Preußischer Kaiser" last July
2. I do not make spelling mistakes when typing. You spelled "since" wrong, and didn't capitalize "I'm" for example.
3. I'm racist, so the whole black ♥♥♥♥ thing doesn't really work out. That would mean, as we Bavarians say, I'm a "rosetenhangts", of which as a believer in the white race, I am not. Might work for Idi though.
