Well One thing that wasnt helping is I forgot that I moved ark to my SSD so I had been looking in the wrong file for about an hour

I think the file it is reading doesnt exist, I got the C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\ARK\ShooterGame\Content\ but the content folder is empty and the file is refering to a file within this folder. could it be stuck reading it as it does exist?

a mod is trying to install it sticking so try to restart steam again if it do not work i dont no
