if one of the teams refuse, the other team will be automaticly #1.
And a Refuse is not not today a refuse is NO.
and if epsilon say not today, they need to choose a day.

Nobody has right to put anyone anywhere. But as far as clanwar(s) go, I assume Soul and ES never warred. But they're both powerful in competitive sniping which is apparent. Epsilon seems more established however, with an official website. Sponsorship, and YouTube. It would be sensible for them to be #1, as a possible figure head. The only way to dispute this would probably be a clanwar.

There isn't no sharing a #1 spot. Epsilon has established and should be #1, and if they dont clanwar Soul then so be it, they're still at the top.
