Hey Snakeytoe, are you interested in Flames of War or Chain of Command? They're pretty different. I'm not sure of any groups that play Flames of War via TTS, though the resources exist.

The way Tabletop Simulator works is via linking to other assets, either remotely hosted or on the steam cloud. It might have been a bandwidth issue. There are a variety of tables - Zhikan's is very good.

It seems like something happened to the website (michaelbrandeberry.com) that was hosting a lot of the content for the CoC mod. My guess is that the mod thrashed the site's bandwith. Correct me if I'm wrong but it looks like the mod was hotlinking to a lot of stuff on the site.
I could be wrong though if you go to his home page he could have failed to keep the registration on his domain.

Are there any alternatives? Does anyone have some resources handy for how to merge in content from other mods? Maybe models from some of the Bolt Action stuff could be added?

Till then the CoC mod is permanently broken in regards to those assets.

Hello, If someone wants to play chain of command, I have a nice game table with several campaigns. I also added a range calculator.

Oh, and if you'd like to make your own discussion thread showcasing your mods and content please feel free! I'll sticky any threads that are for showcasing people's content if they have a large volume of it.
I also hope to make some threads for sharing prepared scenarios as I think saving individual scenarios as mods makes it very easy to pick up and play CoC on TTS.

Hey Technokrat, I've seen your work and it looks really good.
I've done a lot of modding myself and I agree that content crediting is a huge challenge, steam workshop and TTS design makes it very easy to port content - and I've been guilty of the resource grab myself before.
Very much looking forward to seeing more things from you :)

Hi! I posted the (I'm pretty sure) first CoC Mod on the TTS over a year ago, 90% of my mods are now friends-only. (If there's a WW2 or Modern miniatures game out there, I probably made a mod for it). I'm located in Germany, never played CoC but for a short time I saw it as almost a duty to bring as much Tabletop miniature wargames to the platform as possible. Mostly because of the selfish attitude of most mod-users, I've put all of my mods to privat. I'll continue to support CoC, because I'm a big fan of TFL. So you're likely going to see more stuff from me as well :)

Hey all, feel free to introduce yourselves, and if you're after a game leave your timezone so we know when you're around - I'm in Sydney Australia. Fairly new to CoC but have been playing tabletop for 30 years, and have some experience with digital content creation. Currently working on assets for North Africa 1940-42, both in real life and in TTS CoC.
I also like to play Eastern Front, I'm trying to figure out how to pack up the Operation Winter Storm scenarios into a mod pack.
