My computer is ok its not like op like your 32gb ram but my internet takes drugs on my pc its about 20mbps on my ps4 its about 30mbps and on my netboom its 174mbps

Latency is more of a problem with the information traveling too slow through a wire. 1/20 of second from the client to the server and back is considered good. 1/10 is acceptable sometimes and anything higher may cause problems. If the entire world switched to a faster medium of transporting information like Fiber Optics, then Internet Speed would increase globally because the information can travel faster. Unfortanetly, no one is willing to do that for everyone, so we have to stick with copper cables or satellite.

im germany :p and i have no idea bout the servers how that works...and yes it costs money..but everypack maybe 8€ that be...14$? im not sure
we in our clan tho play with russians frenchies and sometimes with americans..so..that shouldnt be that big of a problem if the server you provide can handle that, then again if this thing would really be played and it drops into a time where im supposed to be at the clan i cant come since we fight for the championship right now^^

If it's something that requires a dedicated server, then I might be able to host it by the end of summer. I'm going to be upping my computer's RAM to 32 GB so running a server while playing the game should be fine. However, I'm East Coast so West Coast and International will experience high latency. My guess is that most people on the group are East Coast.
