IMPORTANT CRC ERRORS !!!!!!!!! READ NOW!!!!!!!!!!

If you are having problems with the server maps and you are getting the messages CRC error could not connect to map then read the following instructions on how to fix it. The error came from the server side and was caused by a chain of bugged maps, corrupted files and bots files missing. The error is now fixed on the servers side and there are no more CRC problems with the maps. Although they are fixed on the servers side you are getting the crc error message because it is bugged on the clients side. After you have had the error once you will always have the same error unless you do the following.

To fix the problem all you will need to do is go in your maps folder in your counter strike source. To do this go in c:\program files\steam\steamapps\*yourusername\Counter-Strike Source\cstrike\maps\ and then delete the map you are getting a crc error on. The map map will be a BSP file which will be bugged at 1kb. Delete that and the .nav file inace and then rejoin the server and let it download from the server.

if you have done this step completely then you should not have any more problems for the map. If you get the problem on another map simply do the same thing.
