I´ve contacted in the past several times steam support because of an achievement we can´t achieve anymore - gift grab since 2011 not available.

Is there any plans or informations to activate this holiday the gift grab achievement for counter strike: source?

Here is a way to use an older version of Counter Strike: Source in order to get the three gifts to unlock the gift grab achievement:

But the most of us from the CS:S community won´t use this method because it´s not official and it will get you banned from achievements counting pages like ASTATS.

Please help us, we still play and love Counter Strike: Source and I can´t start another Counter Strike before this one ist finished to 100%.

As we shared in our previous tickets, currently there's no plan to add a Winter event for Counter-Strike: Source.

We can only recommend you regularly refer to the Steam News section for the latest news and updates on upcoming Steam titles and content.

I've also gone ahead and forwarded your comments on to the appropriate department.
